About CINCO

CINCO supplies personalised QR and NFC display stands and plaques through cincouf.com. These terms cover website purchases and enquiries. Written bulk-order quotes may contain additional agreed specifications and delivery details. Mandatory consumer rights always take precedence.

Products and artwork

Choose the product, colour and configuration shown on its product page. Pack quantities are the number of units inside one pack; the quantity selector counts packs or complete bundles. We confirm the artwork before personalised production. Review the proof and tell us about corrections before approval. Approval does not waive your rights if we supply a faulty product or depart from the approved specification.

You must have the right to use the logos, artwork and links you supply. We use them to prepare and fulfil your order. Product photos illustrate appearance; the approved artwork and agreed product specifications determine your personalised order.

Prices, payment and enquiries

Prices are shown in euros unless you select another available currency. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown in the checkout total before payment. Bulk orders use the agreed written quote. Submitting an enquiry does not place an order, require payment or reserve production capacity. A quote specifies its scope, price, shipping and proposed timing before you decide.

We contact you if there is a genuine pricing or availability error. We do not charge a higher amount without your agreement; where an order cannot be fulfilled, we refund amounts paid, subject to your applicable rights.

QR, NFC and third-party destinations

NFC requires a compatible phone with NFC enabled. QR scanning requires a compatible camera or reader. Online destinations require internet access. Google, social platforms and other destination services may require an account or login and may change their services. Wi-Fi connection steps depend on the device and network. Tell us about a particular technical requirement before ordering so we can confirm suitability.

Signs make your chosen destination easier to access. They do not guarantee a number of reviews, followers, sales or revenue. Third-party subscriptions or hosting are included only if expressly stated in your quote. Do not send payment-card details, account passwords or confidential guest data through the enquiry form.

Delivery, cancellations and remedies

Our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refund Policy explain delivery, artwork approval, cancellation and product remedies. Do not order for an essential deadline without a confirmed delivery agreement.

Privacy and customer support

We process enquiry and order information to respond, prepare quotes, fulfil orders and meet our obligations, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

For a complaint, email us with your order number and the issue. We work with you to resolve it. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or remove mandatory consumer protections, including any applicable right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.

Updates

Website policy updates apply prospectively. Your existing order remains subject to the terms agreed when you purchased unless you agree otherwise or the law requires a change.
